Group Training

These classes are Strength and Conditioning focused. They are separated into blocks with different focuses including Maximal Strength & Power - building strength; Strength & Muscle Building - helping build lean muscle while improving overall strength; and always ending with a finisher that will either tax your muscles or your anaerobic conditioning.

Personal Training

Tailored training sessions designed for you to meet your fitness goals and get the results you want. All PT packages include a free consultation, a PDF and printed training program, and nutrition advice.

  • 30 minute and 60 minute sessions available.

Online Programming

Receive a comprehensive 4-week program that includes strength, flexibility, stability, and power work. These programs will include pictures and video descriptions with cues to perform each exercise. It also includes a pdf for you to track your progress and access to the email list to stay accountable for weekly check-ins.
